Our Terms and Conditions are attached to each and every quotation we send out. We have listed the Terms and Conditions below, and as such are readily available 24 hours a day. We have the right to change and update the Terms and Conditions at any time, and without notifying you “The Customer” of their changes. We offer a service which we feel is fair, our prices are laid out plainly on this website, and have been for many years, major works are either provided in a written quotation or estimated verbally. Therefore, we “iPlumb Heating Services Ltd” feel that, if you ask us to carry out works for yourself, that we should be paid at the rates or prices quoted for, regardless of the Terms being signed or not, and as the Terms and Conditions are readily available, we feel that you would have read them in advance, before calling us. In the event of Major Works, we will not start until we have received the Terms and Conditions signed by your good self.
